Well, today is February 2nd. This "experiment" technically started on February 1, but we'll try to make up for lost time. The purpose of this blog is two fold: to create a resource that will simultaneously provide accountability as well as regularity so as to maintain motivation and (hopefully) achieve some results.
My goals? I don't really have any, other than just to follow the Slow Carb diet according to Tim Ferris c/o the Four Hour Body. for at least four weeks. I have no interest in the metric results that this eating plan will (hopefully) produce. I have taken no measurements, no weight, no BMI, no TI, nothing. I am interested only in the physical observation as well as the spiritual fulfillment of the "experiment."
My plan is to record each day's food intake, including recipes, pictures as well as a comprehensive list of daily consumption. I will also try to post all workouts (if any) that I do just for additional information (which could justify a greater/lesser intake of calories, for example). If I stumble across any other relevant information, I could decide to post it as well. We'll see. I'm pretty much winging it.
